The Mississippi Blues Museum opened on October 5, 2023, proclaiming blues musicians, blues music, and blues culture. Inside, you will find a very relaxing space that includes an art gallery, exhibition and performance space, and art and more art for sale. There are three gallery spaces: Po’ Richard’s Juke Joint and the Portrait Gallery, where you will find art hanging on the walls everywhere that exhibit a variety of styles and tastes that celebrate Mississippi’s artistic talents. The Green Room has a stage, and you will find a variety of instruments around the room. There is art on display in that room as well.
